COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH APR’2023

Do you enjoy making cocktails for parties, holidays, or a relaxing night in? We are here to provide you with special recipes to take your skills to a whole new level.

This month’s cocktail combines coffee and alcohol lovers, it is called ‘Salted Caramel Espresso Martini’. 

This delicious cocktail was invented in the 1980s by a British bartender, and it is a mix of espresso, coffee liqueur, milk/cream, and vodka.

You can use non-dairy, almond, or whatever milk you prefer; the goal is to make this drink creamier.

PS: Some people add more vodka instead of using milk, but we’re going for a lighter drink today.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml (1 oz) vodka
  • 30ml (1 oz) coffee liqueur

  • 60ml (2 oz) milk 
  • 1 shot of espresso

  • 15ml (1/2 oz) salted caramel syrup
  • For dusting: Cacao / Cinnamon powder / Coffee beans

Directions:

1- Drizzle salted caramel sauce around the rim of a martini glass.

2- In a shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, milk, espresso, and caramel syrup.

3- Stir the mixture in your martini glass.

4- Dust the drink with cacao, cinnamon or coffee beans if desired!
