COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH
This month, let’s elevate our cocktail to a magical level and make it a work of art!
Color mixing can be a creative way to decorate a drink, so check out Galaxy Cocktails.
Galaxy cocktails are vibrant, color-changing drinks. Thanks to the fascinating science, there are many ways to make them.
We won’t go over each alcohol and how to mix them to achieve specific colors. We will only learn one simple secret method to impress our guests at our parties. The trick is to use color-changing magical ice!
We can make the magical ice using a natural ingredient called butterfly pea flower. This flower can turn ice blue, and the color of the drink will change as the ice dissolves in it.
To make it easier, you can use butterfly pea flower tea. Simply immerse the tea in water until it changes color, then freeze it 🙂
Since the color of the drink will change depending on how quickly the ice melts in it, we can be more creative by using different types of ice that melt at different rates (such as ice cubes and crushed ice), resulting in a rainbow of colors.
