REFUND POLICY

Our marketing package services are offered for minimum subscription periods of six (6) months or one (1) year.
Clients may request termination of their service at any time.
Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated starting from the month following the termination request.
No refunds are provided for partial months already in progress.

Our Mystery Shopping service is custom-priced and billed according to the contract terms:

For short-term contracts, a 50% down payment is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
For longer projects, payments are split as follows: 40% down payment, 30% mid-project, and 30% upon delivery.

Clients may terminate the Mystery Partygoing contract at any time; however, all payments made up to the point of termination are non-refundable.
